ReplyDeleteThat's a nice article but I guess its a bit outdated now. Java 1.5 came up with a lot of changes to make the language better and faster - support for generics, annotations!
ReplyDeleteI second that comment! With Java 6, java has gone a long way. I know there are areas where java can never be better than c++ (like array programmaing due to array bounds checking) but for the most general cases Java and C++ performances are very comparable.
